How long do I have to wait for my prize?

Updated: 13/05/2023 – We pack and ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in time for our collection window of 14:00pm and deliver (Next Day DPD), DPD notify you of your parcel/s arriving date/time via the email and tel you used in the time of checkout. We do not ship out any parcels, or send cash/site credits over the weekends OR bank holidays.

Typically, if you win a ”boxed” prize please expect it to be dispatched Mon, Wed, Fri.

Cash/Site Credits will always be sent between Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Friday (not weekends) up to 4:30pm, we accept FB messages about wins but we no longer prioritise messages for instant payments, we work through the list in order of (who won a prize 1st) so its fair, basically  we internally update our winner sheets so technically we don’t need messages of who’s won, but we still like the messages as we like to chat when we can with the community.
